Enjoy quality time ith your loved ones in a spacious yet cosy cottage, a beautiful Pine Lodge or one of our stunning larger properties - the Mediterranean style Villanova, the charming Coach House, the elegant White House or the rustic Farmhouse. All accommodaton feature amenities to ensure your stay is both relaxing and comfortable. Whether you choose to stay in a one or two-storey cottafe, all 174 cottages are fully fitted with quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. The idyllic Pine Lodges and larger group properties all have their own private hot tub and our Dog Friendly Cottages have been specially adaptd for your furry friends.

5 star facilities
Facilities include an indoor family swimming pool with racer slides and splash zone, adult-only pool with sauna and steam room, badminton and squash courts, a boating lake, fitness and aerobic classes, a fantastic nine-hole golf course and astate-of-the-art gym. There's also a beautiful Woodland trail that surrounds the Village, a Village garden and outdoor Adventure play areas. The award-winning adults-onlySpa Hotel offers treatments and day spa packages too.
Activities
Guests can enjoy an abundance of indoor/outdoor activities as well as entertainment for all ages.
Outdoor activities include archery, fishing, championship mini golf and a Segway rally experience whilst indoors you can enjoy swimming, arts and crafts, discos and more!
If you're holidaying with little ones, babies and toddlers will love the soft play area, messy play and sensory sessions all included in your holiday during term time.

There are seven dining experiences on the Village catering for everything from family breakfasts to romantic meals for two. Treat yourself to a takeaway from Papa John's Pizza Store or enjoy fantastic family entertainment whilst you eat, at The Bar & Grill.
Adults can excite the senses at The Orangery, our award winning, fine dining restaurant atThe Spa Hotel or visit Harrison's Bar, a modern sports bar with a beer garden overlooking the lake.
